Co-Founded in 2010, by a Healthcare Human Resources Executive and Subject Matter Expert Counsel, the Team is equipped with the experience to address the distinct intersectionality between business and law.

Consultant
Sherry is a Certified Senior Professional Human Resource Executive and Consultant. She has over 35 years of talent management experience in providing strategic support for healthcare systems and facilities.
Sherry earned her Bachelor of Science from North Carolina A&T University in Greensboro, North Carolina and Master of Business Administration, with an emphasis in Strategic Management and Finance from the University of Houston. She later graduated from the prestigious Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School.

Principal/ Owner
L​ea is an Attorney and Principal Consultant with Leading Employment Actions, LLC. She negotiates and handles all aspects of complex commercial transactions in the united states and abroad in support of her clients. Her professional career includes over 12 years of transactional and regulatory compliance experience, with an emphasis on data privacy, in both domestic and international markets. She speaks French and Spanish.
Lea earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and a Juris Doctorate from SMU, Dedman School of Law in Dallas, Texas.
